Ever since Kirby took over the dealership in Simi Valley, Jeff Hightower has been my service contact for upkeep and maintenance. I just recently had my transmission serviced, rear differential service, oil change, and coolant flushed. I have a 103,000 something miles on my Commander and it runs great after this last service. Jeff kept me informed of each step and what the cost would be berfore moving forward. It reminds me of when I use to go with my father to an auto service dept, and service actually meant something. I have brought my Sebring into Kirby since before it was Kirby. The only reason I continued to visit this dealership is the manner in which Zachary has treated me.
