They came through as promised. My dealer (Dependable Dodge) blew me off for several months for a major warranty issue on my truck. I realize dealers don't like doing major warranty work as it doesn't pay as well but I had been going there for 15 years loyally. I went to Jacob at Simi Valley Dodge, made an appointment and they fixed it great and put me in a nice rental truck at no charge. I will be going to Simi Valley Dodge from now on. Customer for life now! More
Got it done Most dodge service departments are awful and they don’t keep common parts in stock. A simple ignition change takes a week to get the part and install it. you then have to pay for a rental. I wish they would just stick parts like they should. Our service rep however was great to deal with and he hunted down our part and installed same day after returning for it. More

We are making the last payment on the Challanger today and we are now going to purchase another new car, but we are being forced to leave Simi to purchase our next car, since we will never deal with Simi Dodge's service department. She directed my call to the service area and my appointment was made quickly! When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted quickly by San my service advisor and told how long it would take to handle the recall. He directed me to the waiting area. While there someone passing through and engaged me in conversation about how things were being handled and after my positive response he said, “That is how we like it!” He carried himself as if he was in management! My truck was returned in the time promised by San and I was on my way to run other errands! More

Service department This was the worst automotive service experience I ever had. I made an apt for a recall on my 2014 Jeep Patriot and to service an engine light that wa This was the worst automotive service experience I ever had. I made an apt for a recall on my 2014 Jeep Patriot and to service an engine light that was diagnosed as an evap leak. I dropped my car off at 8am, did not receive any calls or updates throughout the entire day and finally called at 4pm. I received a call back at 4:40pm stating they could not locate the leak and had not started working on the recall. Almost 9 hours went by before I was given any updates. Kevin (service rep) said they would need to keep the vehicle another day to hopefully complete the work. I said I would need to reschedule as I needed my car for work the next day and would have to make an apt on a Saturday. Kevin said when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, he would look at the tech's upcoming schedules so we could schedule the next apt on a Saturday. When I arrived, I was told Kevin was gone for the day and would have to call back to make an apt. The service dept had 9 hours to locate an evap leak and check for a seatbelt recall, neither of these were completed. The lack of communication, poor customer service and no consideration of their consumers time are reasons I will never be taking my vehicle to the Simi Valley location again. The next day, I contacted West Valley Chrysler Jeep and spoke to a friendly service rep who confirmed they had the recall parts needed and guaranteed they had a tech to prioritize servicing my vehicle the day of my apt. More

Last two days I was promised a calI I still haven't got one. I do have corporate involved now this is absolutely ridiculous. Paying for a car to bff in service. My car is only 10 months old and has been in service not only the past 35 days but over 4 times for the same problems and other problems they love to tell you it's always a recall. To top it off I bought it from them too... They obviously don't care about their customers....... Big waste of time and money....... Very frustrated customer More
For Great Auto Repair...Go somewhere else I took my Ram 1500 in due to air conditioner not working properly. Well, a week later and a lot of excuses, to include that a rodent had eaten through I took my Ram 1500 in due to air conditioner not working properly. Well, a week later and a lot of excuses, to include that a rodent had eaten through some wires, it still was not fixed. I picked up my truck and went home. Then I decided to take it to a local mechanic, who had it fix in 20 minutes. He also stated it was a break in the wire and not rodents. As far as I concern, I will never go back to this dealership for the lies they told me and for their crummy maintenance work. More

When I arrived (A) they didn't have the recall part, and (B) the person that replaces antenna housings does not work on Saturdays. Service manager ended up yelling at the rep I was working with in front of me; telling him he should've known it can't be done. Oil service was completed, and rep said they would call me when the recall part would arrive. That was three months ago. Their service department is a shambles. More
