Dealing with them was easy, they had appointments with the time frame I was looking to get my vehicle service. Great staff, very knowledgeable and pricing was far cheaper then my local dealer in the AV. the time frame I was looking to get my vehicle service. Here is my link to my last 3 reviews on the issue I have with the dealership. https://www.yelp.com/biz/simi-valley-chrysler-dodge-jeep-ram-simi-valley?osq=Simi+Valley+Jeep As of today here is the most with the dealership. https://www.yelp.com/biz/simi-valley-chrysler-dodge-jeep-ram-simi-valley?osq=Simi+Valley+Jeep As of today here is the most Current Update. It's been over 3 months since contacting the GM and started my complaint Simi Valley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. After many emails and conversations nothing has happened, except for promises of looking into the issue and helping me. As of today nothing no help has been provided and nothing has been offered for my time and money that I wasted. This is why I will never buy a Jeep again and will never have them service my vehicle. They are not taking reasonability that they made mistake, took my money and couldn't figured out what was wrong with my vehicle after 8 month of being in the shop. All comments of them helping you are BS and promises of owning up to it are a lie. This is why big business always push the little people around and we end up paying for it. Don't waste your time with this dealership and just go to your local mechanic or another dealership. If anything changes I will update my review, but as of right now 3 months and nothing. The reason for the 3 stars on the friendliness, is because they are so nice in wanting to help and make you feel like they care, but its's all BS. December Review Below. I'm not a big review person, but I think when these thing happen its great to write about good and bad things so people can learn. I have a 2017 Jeep Wrangler 4 door, lifted with 24K miles on it which was purchased from a local dealership brand new in 2017, never had any issues. In April of 2020 I had a problem with my Jeep it was making a grinding noise. After getting my Jeep into service with Simi Valley, which took over a month for them to figure out the issue, they found mud in the transmission and it needed to get rebuilt. After many calls back and forth, I had to call Jeep FCA Corp Service to for help me get a loaner as the dealership service was a nightmare because i had to follow up with them and the amount of calls. Good luck in them calling me. I was able to final get loaner after being without a car for a month and half. 3 Months later the transmission repair was completed. July 2020 I was finally able to get my Jeep back. 2 days after having the Jeep back, the check engine light came on. I called Simi Valley Jeep and said i just picked up my Jeep which you completed the transmission repair and the check engine light came on. They said well its going to take 3 weeks to get you back in to look at the Jeep after I just picked it up. So i waited and it took 4 weeks to get the Jeep back into the dealership, which I had no car again for 4 weeks. Aug 2020 finally get the Jeep back into the dealership they said there is codes and must be something with a sensors or electronical issue. So they said we can replace the fuses box but are not 100% sure what the problem is. So they started looking into the issue replacing sensors and which I had to call FCA Corp again and get another loaner because the dealership said it was my fault the check engine came on due to mud from Off-roading and water damage. Which remind you I had no check engine light when I brought the vehicle in for the Transmission and btw all service up to this date when I brought it i was completed by a dealerships. Sept 2020 they said we have replaced an electronic controls(I apologize I don't remember what they did as there was alot going on) but still having issues with check engine light. I was told I would need to return the loaner and any other service at this point I would have to be paid by me and they dealership and FCA wouldn't be able to help with a loaner and I would have to start paying for any services needed. Oct 2020 I told Jeep I would pay for the investigation for them to look into the next issue which was $250.00, which they believed the issue was the TPIM, so without a car still, I had been pay friends and get my own loaner to get back and forth to work. After them figuring it was the TPIM, this would be covered by my third party warranty but i had to pay $250.00 for my deductible, which took 2 weeks to order and the parts got lost and I was told the parts would be in on Oct 23rd, which didn't come in. Finally they got the part installed by Nov 4th. I called Nov 4th after 3 months of them trying to fix it since the Transmission issue, they said check engine light was still on. They said i would have to pay again for them to investigate the issue which they thought it was the O2 sensors and mud in the cats and exhaust. By now I'm very upset and have been nice to this point. 8 months and the dealership blaming me for the issues of off roading and water damage. I decided i needed to go to another mechanic. My friends and Family said call Dan at Robinson Automotive in Newbury Park. I explained the problem and he said no problem he would look at the issue. So Nov 5th Thursday Night i dropped the Jeep off to Robinson Automotive and explained everything to Mary and Dan, which very help said we are more then happy to help. Nov 6th Friday afternoon, Dan looked at the codes and spent about 4 hours tracking the issue down, he called me and said the vehicle if fixed. I said "WHAT?? The Jeep is fixed?" Over 3 Months at the Dealership and 4 hours with Dan he got it fixed. Issue: Come to find out there is 2 Ground wired connecting to the transmission. The dealership didn't connect those wires to the bolts on the transmission which started the check engine light, the dealership even told me they didn't touch any wires with transmission repair. At the end of the day I went through all this headache, money and stress because they dealership didn't do they job correctly. So my advice, don't go to Simi Valley Jeep they lie, there mechanics don't know anything about Jeeps and they will screw you out of money. I have learned they is no customer service More
Daniel followed up immediately after they opened (I used overnight drop box). Met all the time goals he said he would and followed up with findings and solid suggestions with out a sales pitch. Over all gre overnight drop box). Met all the time goals he said he would and followed up with findings and solid suggestions with out a sales pitch. Over all great experience. Just wish it didn’t take so long to get appointment. But that’s not Daniels fault. More

Our car was there for 12 days. Always “had to get the parts” - most of the work now is out of warranty. Most issues coming from factory- would think twice about this vehicle again. parts” - most of the work now is out of warranty.
