Made an appointment and was handled right away a pond arrival by Brandon. He looked over the issue with front windows & door weatherstrips, understood the issue and then had it verified and duplicated b arrival by Brandon. He looked over the issue with front windows & door weatherstrips, understood the issue and then had it verified and duplicated by the department mechanic. Service department ordered parts and said about a week for parts. Brandon also noticed a Recall required on my jeep as well and is planning on next visit to fit that as well. Waiting now for parts and will see on next visit if repairs are done properly. Recall part covered under Jeep Recall, so no charge was written down. Jeep still under manufacturer warranty and obvious manufacturer defect with front door windows should be no charge too. Waiting to hear on that. Praying for good repair and will answer further questions below when repairs are completed. Thank you, Alan More

Worst service ever, zero communication, and false completion dates. The service dept will never return you call so don't bother leaving your name or number.
