The batteries in my dodger Durango unexpectedly stopped working on a Saturday afternoon when the service department was already closed. I called and asked if I could still drop my car off over the weekend and they said yes. So after AAA jump started my car, I headed over there and was greeted by a kind man (I believe he was in sales). He told me where to park and showed me where to fill out the paperwork for my drop off. It couldn’t have been any easier. I asked for my car to be ready as soon as possible and I received a phone call Monday morning from San explaining that they had to order one of the batteries and that my car would be ready for pickup the next day! Woohoo!! Thank you for the great communication!! I love it. San called me again Tuesday morning, letting me know my car was ready for pickup! Unfortunately, I had a family emergency Tuesday, without my phone, and I wasn’t able to pick it up until Wednesday. It was such a relief when I got home to know my car would be there for me the next day. She was right there waiting for me, on Wednesday, good as new. Tony in the service department is always super friendly and took great care of me as always! I’m very thankful for Simi Valley CDJR.
