Our experience here has been such a pleasant surprise! The only reason we even considered trying to do biz with this dealership again is because it is now under new ownership with a completely new staff. We were treated with kindness, respect and great consideration... a far cry from the previous ownership. We were able to order a new vehicle for the price we wanted, and also got the price we wanted on our trade-in. I'll add an additional review upon delivery of my new vehicle, but based on our experience so far, I expect it to be equally excellent. We are so confident that we also sent one of our other cars to their service department for service and repairs and I will add a review regarding that experience separately upon delivery. We are so happy to have been able to spend our new car dollars in our own hometown again and we will recommend Kirby to family and friends looking to purchase a car.
