I purchased a 2016 Ford Transit Connect from this location. They get you in with a lower price on the website and then have over $5k worth of add ons that are pretty much non-negotiable. They said the extra prices are included on the website; it’s in super small print and at the bottom of the page and doesn’t say they exact up charges. They install LoJack on all the vehicles, so if you don’t want to be tracked, I would not purchase from here. They gave me the “price they pay” for it because I was not paying ~$4k for a gps tracking system. There were multiple stars in the windshield and they agreed to fix them as part of a stipulation for the purchase agreement. They fixed some, but not all of them. So the vehicle was delivered to me still with stars in the windshield. I have spoke to 2 different managers about this and it seems to me that I am being ignored. They say they will get back to me and they don’t! I’m still waiting… I had to have the battery jumped and then replaced within 2 weeks of buying the vehicle and now a sensor in the drivers side door is faulty and they won’t look at it. They did replace the battery for free though. Classic car salesman place IMO. The van also had old syringes and medication viles in the back cup holders as well as it needed a deep clean when I brought it home. I really love the van I got despite the minor issues and the employees were nice. More

Worst service ever, zero communication, and false completion dates. The service dept will never return you call so don't bother leaving your name or number.
