I knew when I walked into the dealership that I wanted some more capable than the 2wd truck I was driving. I knew I wanted something with 4wd, more space for people and/or gear, and something with towing some more capable than the 2wd truck I was driving. I knew I wanted something with 4wd, more space for people and/or gear, and something with towing ability. I found the Liberty online and noted they were having a large sale on it. I walked in and spoke with Vinnie and looked at the Liberty. It fit all my needs, so I went back 2 days later and test drove it. I bought right then and there and Tyler and Vinnie were very helpful. I was hoping for a bit less on the price, but I'm still satisfied with the overall experience and the price was below invoice, so no complaints. Thank you for the excellent experience. More

I was truck shopping and Ralph met me as I walked onto the lot. He showed me the truck I was looking for, exactly what I had described to him.Took a test drive, worked up the initial numbers with Ralph an the lot. My initial thoughts were to cancel my afternoon plans because I was going to be there all day finishing the sales process. That's when Chuck said "We'll have you out of here in 45 minutes". I was in shock when they actually got everything done in 45 minutes! Bob in finance was great, he clearly explained all of the different options. He asked the questions that helped guide me on what was best for me. Car buying for me has always been a pain and these guy's made it simple, quick, and pain free. More

Went to another Jeep dealership (would love to name them) with check in hand. The internet price was jerked around when I arrived by $2,000. The car was brand new and even missing the Grand Cherokee silver t with check in hand. The internet price was jerked around when I arrived by $2,000. The car was brand new and even missing the Grand Cherokee silver trim on one door, which they never noticed! I walked away EXTREMELY angry, but now I want to thank that dealership, becasuse I would have never had an opportunty to meet the Kirby Auto Group. I went on their website, spoke to Art, and in less than an 1 hour after I arrived, the price was even exactly as quoted over the phone. Not only was it exactly what they said, the car had more bells and whistles, which Art so nicely pointed out when showing us the vehicle. Eugene was great at going over the paperwork and all the great added protection plans. The paperwork was all drawn up, all i needed to do was sign. They were so good, I almost bought another one on the spot, but it was near closing. I would HIGHLY recommend working with Art & Eugene. The Grand Cherokee was better than expected, and the customer friendliness even better!!! Mkc More

Ralph Smith was a reliable, honest, salesman who worked hard to explain the details of the vehicle we were looking to purchase. Jeff Hightower gave me some pointers on the new vehicle and pointed me in the right direction when it comes to future service. Bob Hazeski did all the paperwork in an expeditious manner and explained everything in detail. Overall it was a great experience working with this dealership, and I would highly recommend them! More

I was so pleased when I took my Chrysler 300 in for a brake inspection. My brakes had been squealing but I had not noticed the noise on this very rainy day. I knew that my car was overdue for other servi brake inspection. My brakes had been squealing but I had not noticed the noise on this very rainy day. I knew that my car was overdue for other services but had delayed bringing it in because I didn't want to have to be without a car. Robert Billig explained to me that he would provide me with a free rental car. I left and ran some errands and it was ready even before they promised it. He explained that the brakes were fine (just some glaze build-up) and other maintenance services were completed along with an oil change. Robert and the other gentlemen in the office provided excellent and friendly customer service including Armando who drove me to Enterprise to pick up the loaner car. I will recommend Kirby to all my friends. More
