My "change engine oil" light came on. I called Kirby (where I purchased my 2008 Chrysler Sebring Convertible from the previous owners where service was not handled in such friendly, courteous and Kirby (where I purchased my 2008 Chrysler Sebring Convertible from the previous owners where service was not handled in such friendly, courteous and knowledgeable manner ), and spoke with Robert. He was very personable and helpful, eased my concerns about all issues on the telephone, and provided me with the information I needed to make choices. Robert told me there was alternate transportation provided for customers. This made it stress free so I did not have to interrupt others to assist me. Robert also told me about the 4 oil changes and 2 tire rotation service plan for $79.95 which I truly appreciated, as oil changes alone elsewhere would cost me so much more in the long run--not to mention the tire rotations. So I purchased that service. There were little things I needed checked out about other areas of my car, and Robert reassured me they would be. And they were. Robert provided me with easy to understand explanations when I picked my car up (I am a senior female), and the auto mechanics did a wonderful job with the resolutions to my issues--some where just instructional to the driver that Robert relayed to me in such a way I could laugh and not feel like an idiot. And, the estimate was not exceeded! This is commedable for a dealership service department, as I've had bad experiences with other dealers in the past thirty plus years. Robert took the time to explain to me what my next service would entail: what needed to be done and why, the time required and the cost--which is very important to know in advance. Purchasing the oil change plan reduces the major service cost! He also explained one issue the mechanics found and we discussed options. The outcome was different than previous dealers I've been to. I was left to feel in control of making a decision instead of someone just telling me "this or that" HAD to be done. My experience was actually enjoyable and stress free. Kirby has set a standard for customer service. I will return and I will refer. But the employees are what makes the experience the best--and their honesty. So, I thank Robert for all that he did for me. I trust him. What better recommedation could I give. Thank you for letting me share my experience. I'll be back! I was recently needing Service / Repair for my 2007 Ram Truck and very disappointed with other Southern California Dodge Dealerships concerning repairs, communication and their approach to "Customer Service", I turned to Kirby Chrysler. I met with Robert Billig, Service manager at Kirby, discussed my concerns and the issues that needed addressing on my vehicle. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and kept me well informed as to the progress, options and costs of the repairs. The vehicle was repaired in a very timely manner and everyone I came in contact at the dealership was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Until today, I was driving a 2005 vehicle with nearly 200,000 miles on it. From the second I walked in the front door at Kirby, I was comfortable. Everyone I dealt with from the salesman to finance was professional and trustworthy, patient and knowledgable. The GM and service manager even dropped it to introduce themselves to me! The entire process took me about 2 weeks from shopping to purchasing. While I was taking the time to make my decision, Art and Tom were available to answer any questions and did so promptly without applying any pressure. The website was up to date and the promotions matched the actual offers advertised in print and online. I would recommend to anyone looking to purchase or lease a new or used vehicle that they check out Kirby Simi Valley or Ventura, I shopped at both locations and will go back when this lease is up. I recently purchased an 06 Jeep Commander from a used car dealership in the valley. I also purchased an extended warranty for peace of mind. A few months later I started to hear some intermediate clanking an dealership in the valley. I also purchased an extended warranty for peace of mind. A few months later I started to hear some intermediate clanking and clicking sounds from the bottom front end. I could have taken my Jeep to the used dealer recommended service center, but I wanted my Jeep to be looked at by Chrysler Jeep techs. After hours of research on the internet, I was more than convinced the guys at Kirby Simi Valley were the best choice. So I picked up the phone and called. Wayne was very friendly and polite when scheduling my appointment. When I got to Kirby I was greeted by Jeff Hightower and I instantly felt at ease. He asked me lots of questions about my concerns with my Jeep and gave me lots of insights on different parts and aspects of my vehicle. So I left my vehicle overnight for inspection, the next day I got a phone call stating they fixed the clanking( a loose skid plate). But they could not hear any clicking sound. They assured me if I heard it more frequently to bring it back and they would look into it again. They could have easily made something up to make a few bucks, but they even waived the diagnostic charge! WOW! I never heard of such a gesture by a dealership! In my opinion Jeff and the staff at Kirby Simi are good honest people! Even though I brought in a 7 year old Jeep for service, I was treated like I had just bought my Jeep brand new and from them. Let me tell you, I live 25 miles away from Simi Valley and will not hesitate to drive back to Kirby for this type of personal service. Thanks guys. More

In previous experiences with this dealership, I didn't feel the same confidence about how my vehicle was going to be handled as I did today. Robert offered clear explanations over what services needed to be performed and treated me with nothing but kindness and respect. His treatment of me today completely restored my confidence in your dealership and I would recommend this dealership to all of my family and friends. I have had awful experiences with the Shaver Auto group in Thousand Oaks for years so I decided, with some hesitancy, to go t Billing in particular.
