I had contacted a few dealerships about Dodge Chargers I was interested in. The one I liked at Kirby was in transit to the dealership but Art kept me up to date on it via email. I was shopping around for a new dodge charger. So I had been taking my truck to another dealership in Ventura county and they kept giving me the run around. I decided to take it to Kirby Dodge and Jeff helped me in service. He explained the features of my truck that the sales person and service person at the other dealer couldn't take the time to show me. I decided to also get a regular service done since I was there already and Jeff very kindly fit me in and even got me a ride to get some food. I know from now on I will be making the 30+ minute drive to Kirby because of how Jeff treated me, I wasn't just another dollar bill walking in the door...I was a customer and treated as if he wanted me to return.
