THEY USED TO BE A BETTER DEALERSHIP IN THE PAST AND NOT LIKING THE NEW OWNERSHIP AT ALL OVER THE PAST YEAR. I HAD PURCHASED A 2023 DODGE HORNET GT PLUS IN JULY 2023 WHICH ACCORDING TO DODGE IS A HUGE FLOP LIKING THE NEW OWNERSHIP AT ALL OVER THE PAST YEAR. I HAD PURCHASED A 2023 DODGE HORNET GT PLUS IN JULY 2023 WHICH ACCORDING TO DODGE IS A HUGE FLOP AS IT LOST 1/2 OF THE VALUE IN A YEAR. ALSO IT HAD TO HAVE 2 BATTERIES REPLACED IN LESS THAN A YEAR AS THEY DIED ON ME ON A NEW CAR AT THAT. SO I WENT IN TO SEE WHAT TO DO AND THEY ENDED UP GETTING ME TO LEASE A 2024 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE LIMITED 4XE. I HAD SPENT A LOT OF MONEY BETWEEN BOTH CARS WITH THEM AND NOW THE NEW ONE IS HAVING MAJOR ISSUES OFF THE BAT. NOT VERY HAPPY TO SAY AT ALL TO SAY THE LEAST!!!! WHEN I WENT INTO FINANCING THEY HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME WHEN I MENTIONED THE HORNET - WELL I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER WHEN BUYING A BRAND-NEW MODEL VEHICLE BEING RELEASED WHEN I WAS PRACTICALLY PUSHED INTO THE VEHICLE BY THEM. THEY SAID IT WAS A GREAT CAR AND IT WAS ALRIGHT. I JUST WANT THEM TO TAKE BACK MY PIECE OF CRAP JEEP CHEROKEE BACK, GIVE ME MY $6,000 BACK, GIVE ME BACK MY HORNET AND CANCEL THE WHOLE THING. THIS WAS MY 6TH AND LAST CAR EVERY FROM THIS PLACE AS I HAVE LOST FAITH, HOPE AND TRUST IN THEM COMPLETELY. I BEG YOU TO NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM THEY ARE SHADY AND WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. EVEN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS AWFUL AND HAS BEEN FOR OVER 10 YEARS AND NO MATTER WHAT OTHERS SAY THEY ARE NOT HELPFUL AND RUDE AND BLAMED ME FOR THINGS THAT I DID NOT DO AND TRIED TO CHARGE ME WHEN I WAS UNDER WARRANTY. Agreed to numbers as far as sale price and applicable incentives with Daniel, the sa Reached out to Simi Valley CDJR to purchase a Grand Cherokee. Agreed to numbers as far as sale price and applicable incentives with Daniel, the sales manager. Daniel had informed me that a $3,000 Rebate from Jeep was unavailable and the payment would be higher. Reluctantly, I agreed and moved forward with the purchase. After driving over an hour I was greeted by another Sales Manager by the name of Asad Mazhar. From our first interaction he was complaining about the deal I agreed to with Daniel, asking me to opt for a lower mileage lease at the same payment or pay $20 more for no reason. Going into the finance office, all of the docs were written to go through a different Bank that me and Daniel did not agree on, and at a higher sale price than what I had agreed to him with. Asad then tried to raise the payment again, and then showed me an incentive sheet that showed the $3,000 Coupon Rebate that Daniel said was unavailable, being applied to the deal and cutting the discount Daniel and I agreed on effectively in half. When asked about it, Asad began to get violent, screaming at the top of his lungs at my mother and I, calling us theives, every swear word in the book, and telling us to "Get The **** out and never come back" I have no idea how a dealership like this is in business, employing some of the most unprofessional and incompetent people I have ever met.
