No lying. No BS ing. They actually help you. They don't leave you hanging. They don't bit off more than they can chew. Thank you for being straight forward, honest and to the point with me. The worst I have ever been treated by a company 2010 dodge charger 85k original miles had to beg for them to put a new tank of gas in my car after spending 2k down payment an commiting to 300$ a mon 2010 dodge charger 85k original miles had to beg for them to put a new tank of gas in my car after spending 2k down payment an commiting to 300$ a month for the next 5 years after owning the car for 6 months got pulled over 8 times in the first 4 months for being in a stolen vehicle to find out they sold me the car without smogging the car took it in for a smog an oil change 2months later the car seizes up on me no engine lights no lights at all car had just started making a clicking sound to find out they put my oil filter on wrong an barely had it put on at all its a miracle that the car lasted 2 months in the first place! I have a 4year bumper to bumper warranty plus the 100k mile manufacturer warranty if anything goes wrong with the engine these two services will fix it. xxxxxxxx they said while they were laughing on the phone after two additional months of calling every day to no avail that they found a loophole explaining they don't have to replace it if it's the users error with the oil that would be fine if I was the one who messed up but if I was the one who changed the oil an put the filter on the way it was it wouldnt have still been the original manufacturer oil filter it would have been an after market part along with the complete electrical failure of none of my warning or check lights coming in how can they say they don't need to replace it ? Please save yourself the trouble of dealing with these people the experience of buying the car was awesome they worked with us they totally took care of us but they way they have treated me the last to months make me ashamed to know there an American made company I have lost my job my apartment my freedom my peice of mind quality of life an any joy to be completely honest from loosing my only means of transportation from a mistake they made. They are a heartless big corporation more then happy to do nothing at all to stand by there word an the morals an values they claim to have. This 2010 dodge charger with one owner an 85k original miles on it once I bought It with now two owners an 96k original miles on it should have lasted another 6 years easily now instead I have lost my job due to lack of transportation lost my apartment from loosing my job lost my freedom my peice of mind from the stress off all this loss an quality off life from constant struggle an stress instead now I have a monthly 300$ payment for 5 years for an expensive paper weight that should have been fixed by the people who know they made the mistake i hope this saves someone from the same absolute misery that I'm going through don't spend a dime here dont trust a word they say don't buy dodge the manufacturer will screw u the same as the dealer ship will in simi good luck god bless ! multiple problems from day one! We bought a 2008 chrysler town and country lx 6 months ago. We bought the extended warranty just incase. Do not go to anyone else!!! Art went above and beyond to put me into the truck of my dreams. I applied for a loan through my credit union and it was not enough to get the Ram 150 Art went above and beyond to put me into the truck of my dreams. I applied for a loan through my credit union and it was not enough to get the Ram 1500 that I had set my eyes on, however, Art used his resources and sure enough I am now in my new truck and couldn't be happier.
