I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the experience i had at your dealership today after delating with your sales team, I came in to finalize a care purchase but unfortunately the situa the experience i had at your dealership today after delating with your sales team, I came in to finalize a care purchase but unfortunately the situation took a highly unprofessional turn. At the last minute , the terms of the deal were changed and i was offered something completely different from what had been agreed upon. When i refused to accept the new terms the sales manage Assad became visibly upset and asked me to come back and work something out. I declined. and as i was walking out i overheard him speaking negatively about me to the finance guy. He followed me outside rudely told me to get ou as i was already leaving. His behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Additionally while i was driving to the dealership i received a call from David when i mentioned that i was unable to talk because i was focusing on leaving a review he responded by saying i dont care about Yelp or Google review. It was surprising and disappointing to hear that a representative of the company doesn't care about its public reputation. This entire experience has left me with a very negative impression of your dealership and i hope that you will take appropriate steps to address these issues. I expect better customer service and professionalism from a reputable business. More
