They engaged in false advertising as several advertised features do not work. Mainly the front camera that enables lane centering and cruise control functions. There was a warning clearly shown on the instrument panel at start up. When asked about it, I was told that it’s just water and dirt from that day’s rain and would work fine after being cleaned off. Also wrong was . Scratched clear coat on both sides. AM/FM antenna missing. Nail in front left tire. And several other issues. I shopped for this vehicle on line and asked for several videos to check the condition. The videos were hastily done and skipped over any problems that should have been disclosed. Including the warning message that came up when the vehicle was started. It was there but the salesperson said nothing about it. I had taken an early morning flight to go pick up the vehicle. I was tired and jet lagged and believed the verbal assurances from the salesman and sales manager. This dealership is now denying to fix issues that they advertised as working in the truck. Do not use them to purchase a used car. Or if you do, be sure to have the vehicle checked out before you complete the purchase. I would never buy from them again More

Dealer played a trick to avoid selling car at their advertised price. I went in on Dec 28th to buy a Nissan NV200 (VIN: 3N6CM0KN9MK691051) advertised for $15,890. On arrival, I was told I was an hour l advertised price. I went in on Dec 28th to buy a Nissan NV200 (VIN: 3N6CM0KN9MK691051) advertised for $15,890. On arrival, I was told I was an hour late and another customer was inside doing the paper work to buy it. Later on the next day, I saw the same van listed for $19,856 and I filled out an interest form on their website. I was immediately contacted by another sales man saying the van was available for me to buy. When I told him I was there yesterday and was turned away at the lower price, he took zero responsibility and said "I did not say those words to you, it was someone else from sales". He said he would talk to his manager and colleague and get back to me and did not bother responding. Very disappointing to see the dealership play games. More
