Daniel went above and beyond my expectations. He worked closely with the GM and found me the car I wanted, the color I wanted and the package I wanted and got me the price I wanted! Your department helped me through a major warranty issue with my 2018 Durango GT and got it fixed! That’s all great, and is not taken for granted, but I’m writing to thank you for having Daniel Nadalet on your sales team!! I’ve been waiting for the “survey” to give him the highest marks, plus 100, but it never came through. In fact, I haven’t gotten a survey from the dealership since 2019, but I know they’ve been sent to my email. We needed to replace our aging explorer and got a JEEP Sahara with him. My wife is quite happy, she wanted a Bronco but we’re not paying $10-$20K more than what a Bronco costs (ADM) just to have a Bronco. That does NOT make sense to us. With his guidance, and enthusiasm for the brand, we got a JEEP instead and are loving it! So when it came time to think about saying goodbye to my GT and getting a last of the line SRT Durango (probably the last petrol powered vehicle I’ll buy), it needed to be the right salesperson at the right place at the right time. He suggested ordering one so I could get it just the way I wanted. I did not know such an honest, straight-shooting, enthusiastic salesman existed until I met Daniel. It’s one thing to order a vehicle, but it’s another to order a special enthusiast vehicle with an auto enthusiast and MOPAR junkie! He never told me anything which wasn’t true. He kept me apprised of the build and arrival before Dodge could send me the emails. It was an adventure ordering the SRT just as I wanted: without roof rails, without that red leather interior, etc… I was going to order a 2022, but the order banks were closed. Then in December it looked as though it wouldn’t happen because the “premium and premium plus” were the only options, but he stuck with me, never fed me false information to get my hopes up or maybe buy something else, even when you had a white one on your lot that I could have gotten as a discount. He knew I wouldn’t be satisfied even when I thought, maybe? He kept on it and when the door opened for the one I wanted to order he helped me walk over the threshold! And he promised no bad surprises, and that’s exactly what there were- no bad surprises. I paid what it cost, which is exactly what I wanted to do. And the first offer on my trade was too low in my opinion, I had it appraised at CarMax that morning and asked him to ask the sales manager to kindly reconsider, and he did. This is the first vehicle which will be parked in my garage from day one! The SRT 392 is a dream come true, and it wouldn’t have happened without the service, courtesy and care I got with purchasing the vehicle with Daniel. I don’t know many in the market for a vehicle, but when I hear of anybody, they’ll be directed to Daniel. I would fill out the survey so I can give him 10 out of 10 stars!! And more if I could!
