I can honestly say that Simi Valley Chrysler Dodge Jeep was the EASIEST, FAIREST and BEST experience we have had so far. There were no pushy or disinterested (as we had a at a nearby stop) salesmen. Courtesy should be a given (sadly it is not always), but the Simi folks were exceptionally considerate. They went through great hopes to get us a Rubicon at the aggressive price we set. They were honest and fair -- we know where the unpublished incentives are and almost always work from the invoice price downward. They were incredibly open about their behind the scenes profit sources and it made the process a joy. Finally, anyone that has bought a car knows that the most painful part separating you from your new adventure is the paperwork. I had an important appointment and not much time for that piece. They fully, accurately and QUICKLY went through the process to let me make it. The two Sale GMs (Assad and Daniel) as well as the salesman Alex were wonderful.
