Unimpressed overall. My 95B recall experience was terrible. Notified that the recall was completed. Spent $30 on an Uber to pick up the vehicle, but noticed that the odometer only had 1 mile on it so the required drive test was not done. Charge was <1% so the charging test was not done. Left the vehicle, and Ubered home again. Picked the vehicle up last night but there was no receipt for the recall repair in the vehicle. Seneca was very sweet and did her best, but I wont be coming back for service. More

I recently visited Simi Valley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram with the intention of purchasing a Kia Stinger that was listed online for $24,654. When I arrived at the dealership, I was warmly greeted by Nirmal, with the intention of purchasing a Kia Stinger that was listed online for $24,654. When I arrived at the dealership, I was warmly greeted by Nirmal, the salesperson, who immediately made me feel comfortable. He was not only kind but incredibly helpful, taking the time to answer all of my questions and address any concerns I had about the car. His approach was respectful and generous, and I truly appreciated the way he handled everything. He was knowledgeable and patient, which made me feel confident in moving forward with the process. Unfortunately, my positive experience quickly soured once I interacted with the floor manager, Kobis. From the outset, his attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful. I was initially told that the Kia Stinger I was interested in was priced at $24,654, but once we began discussing the details, Kobis suddenly presented me with a final price of $30,000. This price increase seemed arbitrary and felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic, which immediately raised red flags for me. I politely declined the offer, but instead of addressing my concerns professionally, Kobis became combative. He told me there was no way I could expect to leave the dealership with the car at the original price of $24,654, and his tone grew more dismissive by the minute. As the conversation continued, I noticed an additional charge labeled as a “care package” for about $3,500, which I had not seen mentioned anywhere on the dealership’s website or in the original listing. When I pointed this out, Kobis reacted aggressively and said something along the lines of, “If I find where it mentions the care package on the website, you’ll buy the car.” His tone was hostile, and his approach left me feeling cornered and disrespected. I am not sure where the hostility came from, but it was completely unnecessary and completely unprofessional. I found the whole interaction frustrating and upsetting, especially given how friendly and helpful Nirmal had been earlier. I chose to leave the dealership rather than continue with what had clearly become an unpleasant situation. The following day, I received a call from the dealership with the general manager offering to honor the original price of $24,654. While this seemed like an attempt to salvage the deal, I couldn’t shake the feeling that the situation had been handled poorly from the start. At this point, I’m no longer convinced about doing business with Simi Valley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. The floor manager, Kobis, needs serious training in customer service, especially when it comes to treating clients with respect. His aggressive, dismissive behavior not only ruined the experience but also left me questioning the integrity of the dealership. On the other hand, Nirmal was an exceptional salesperson, and in my opinion, he is the type of person who should be in a management role instead of someone like Kobis. In conclusion, while I appreciate the effort Nirmal made to assist me, my overall experience at Simi Valley Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram was marred by Kobis' unprofessional attitude. It’s a shame that a negative encounter with the floor manager overshadowed what could have been a positive purchasing experience. More
Where do I start? How about the respect, friendliness, and honesty! Going through a tough time in life and was ready to turn in my trusted Camry (mom car) for somethin How about the respect, friendliness, and honesty! Going through a tough time in life and was ready to turn in my trusted Camry (mom car) for something a little more suited for an empty nester er, mid life crisis lol, either way Liam was not only incredibly professional but he knew just about everything about the jeeps I was interested in, amazing! I wasn't sure I'd even qualify, especially after falling in the love with the showroom floor model of a Jeep Beach. I was in a bit of a hurry anyway and didn't want to get my hopes up so I left for home expecting a call saying something like we're sorry but it won't work. NOPE, not 10 minutes after leaving the dealership Asad, the finance manager called to tell me it's mine! All mine! A few tears have fallen but the shock hasn't worn off just yet and I'm sure there will be more. I cannot thank the staff here enough for making feel worthy and deserving. From the sales floor, Liam to the finance department, Asad and the beautifully kind lady that helped me finish the paperwork. Hands down good people and I'm so thankful. More
Nirmal is an excellent salesman. He was honest and knowledgeable. What got me through the door was the fact that Nirmal reached out to me before any other dealership. He was honest and knowledgeable. This Dealership was horrible they add extra 2000 to the price of the vehicle because it has low jack and when I said didn’t want they told me it wasn’t an option. I ended up still buying the truck and aft price of the vehicle because it has low jack and when I said didn’t want they told me it wasn’t an option. I ended up still buying the truck and after the purchase I was given a valet key and was told that’s all they had. Also failed to clean the truck before I left after promising to do so. More
THEY USED TO BE A BETTER DEALERSHIP IN THE PAST AND NOT LIKING THE NEW OWNERSHIP AT ALL OVER THE PAST YEAR. I HAD PURCHASED A 2023 DODGE HORNET GT PLUS IN JULY 2023 WHICH ACCORDING TO DODGE IS A HUGE FLOP LIKING THE NEW OWNERSHIP AT ALL OVER THE PAST YEAR. I HAD PURCHASED A 2023 DODGE HORNET GT PLUS IN JULY 2023 WHICH ACCORDING TO DODGE IS A HUGE FLOP AS IT LOST 1/2 OF THE VALUE IN A YEAR. ALSO IT HAD TO HAVE 2 BATTERIES REPLACED IN LESS THAN A YEAR AS THEY DIED ON ME ON A NEW CAR AT THAT. SO I WENT IN TO SEE WHAT TO DO AND THEY ENDED UP GETTING ME TO LEASE A 2024 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE LIMITED 4XE. I HAD SPENT A LOT OF MONEY BETWEEN BOTH CARS WITH THEM AND NOW THE NEW ONE IS HAVING MAJOR ISSUES OFF THE BAT. NOT VERY HAPPY TO SAY AT ALL TO SAY THE LEAST!!!! WHEN I WENT INTO FINANCING THEY HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME WHEN I MENTIONED THE HORNET - WELL I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN BETTER WHEN BUYING A BRAND-NEW MODEL VEHICLE BEING RELEASED WHEN I WAS PRACTICALLY PUSHED INTO THE VEHICLE BY THEM. THEY SAID IT WAS A GREAT CAR AND IT WAS ALRIGHT. I JUST WANT THEM TO TAKE BACK MY PIECE OF CRAP JEEP CHEROKEE BACK, GIVE ME MY $6,000 BACK, GIVE ME BACK MY HORNET AND CANCEL THE WHOLE THING. THIS WAS MY 6TH AND LAST CAR EVERY FROM THIS PLACE AS I HAVE LOST FAITH, HOPE AND TRUST IN THEM COMPLETELY. I BEG YOU TO NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM THEY ARE SHADY AND WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. EVEN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS AWFUL AND HAS BEEN FOR OVER 10 YEARS AND NO MATTER WHAT OTHERS SAY THEY ARE NOT HELPFUL AND RUDE AND BLAMED ME FOR THINGS THAT I DID NOT DO AND TRIED TO CHARGE ME WHEN I WAS UNDER WARRANTY.
