We have been coming to this dealership for the last 30 years.. Your service writers are great.. i think you need to wash the cars again once they're repaired.. Dropped off vehicle didn’t hear from them for 3 days. After reaching out they said their usual technician had the flu. Minutes later called back and said our 4 year old truck needs $1200 worth of work fo After reaching out they said their usual technician had the flu. Minutes later called back and said our 4 year old truck needs $1200 worth of work for a plastic melted part. Asked how or why it could melt and technician could not give answer. Very disappointed. We have bought two vehicles in the last four years. They will not receive our business in the future. More
