Oil changes continue to be messy. I find myself having to clean up after every visit.. Even though there’s a warrant in place they charge you for diagnosing yet don’t explain that cost up front. Jonathan particularly is not friendly, avoids any service by making excuses like he’s saving his own money. Gives dirty looks as well. I would walk out each time feeling like I wasn’t liked and worried about what they would do to my car or charge me just because they could. I would never trust to take my car back there. They screwed me to begin with when they delivered a “brand new car” which paperwork read 0 miles yet there were 300 miles put on the car already. (Doubt there were 300 miles of test drives and I live 5 miles from dealership. Coffee station always low, no cream no sweeteners yet coffee creamer laying on the desk of employees. The Hispanic gentleman who does the shuttle service is great. And Dave the manager try’s to attempt to do things to facilitate necessary repairs, getting to him is like Fort Knox because the guys up front don’t want you to get help. I would never spend another dime at SV Chevrolet and I tell all my friends and family the same thing. More

AWESOME SERVICE DEPT. I had my evaporator replaced on my 2016 Colorado. Not an easy fix. Whole dash had to come out. I can’t say enough about John Langolf, the service tech that did repair. He did an amazing job. It’s so nice to deal with a company that takes care of business. I’ve been so abused by other local dealerships & small shops. I have found my new home dealership !!!! More
