She answered all of our questions and was both friendly and knowledgeable. Not quite what we expected since most sales people are extremely pushy. When dealing with Kristy, we never felt pressured and she ensured that we got a very fair deal on our 2006 S430. We highly recommend that if you are interested in purchasing a certified pre-owned vehicle at Silver Stars Motors that you take the time to seek her out. Even after we purchased the vehicle she has followed up with us (on numerous occassions) to ensure that we were happy and that there were no unresolved issues. As far as salespeople go, she is definitely a cut above what you would expect: fair, honest and full of integrity. More

My wife and I had an awful 5 months with with the Sales and Service departments of Silver Star Motors from Oct 2010 through February 2011. If it weren't so tacky I would recommend they put up a sign that and Service departments of Silver Star Motors from Oct 2010 through February 2011. If it weren't so tacky I would recommend they put up a sign that reads "Under New Management." The dealership has done a complete 180 since the arrival of the new GM. More
I bought a car there and the sales staff I dealt with is good, friendly and knowlegable. The service dept however is bad. I will be making a third trip to fix same issue. Last 2 times what they fixed broke a month after with same symptoms. Second time I went there I ordered a loaner which was not there when I got there. The service advisor.. she was not friendly, not knowlegable, hinted I will need to pay for the same thing which was covered under warranty last time, made no effort to find out and reconcile why there was not loaner prepared for me. Overall it makes me sick to go back there and have the same thing "fixed" again. More
