THIS IS A COMPLAIN i have purchased a 2020 E350 from SILVER STAR MOTORS @ 8000 miles, two months ago from salesperson "Victor Babb", the vehicle had minor scratches on back bumper during the purchasing SILVER STAR MOTORS @ 8000 miles, two months ago from salesperson "Victor Babb", the vehicle had minor scratches on back bumper during the purchasing process that i didn't notice until after further inspecting the vehicles once i got home. last week the vehicle showed a check engine light. i spoke to the service advisor "Eric" to fix the check engine problem and for the minor scratches on the bumper, he mentioned to speak to the pre certified manager by the name "Sandeep" Sandeep was on “Vacation” and some other dude by the name “Daniel” was covering for him, after multiple of attempts to speak to the manger. they connected me with Daniel and he wasn't attentive to my concerns and he refused to fix the existing damage on the vehicle that was already there before purchasing it. “Daniel” was very unprofessional, unpolite and ghetto telling me to go call the cops and then threatened to flag me as a "bad customer" in their system. couple of hours pass and the service advisor Eric calls me and says "we refuse to service your vehicle" go take it somewhere else. This is a pre certified vehicle that i just bought from them literally two months ago and was driven less than 180 miles to be going through such issues and unprofessional, unpolite and careless customer service. if i knew this is how it was gonna end up i wouldn't have bought a vehicle from them, i feel scammed! THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHASING A VEHICLE FROM THEM!! More

The salesman Paul Delgado said if I traded in my Mercedes and bought a new one at Sliver Star they would pay for the miles I went over on my previou The salesman Paul Delgado said if I traded in my Mercedes and bought a new one at Sliver Star they would pay for the miles I went over on my previous lease and for a scratch on the back bumper. he also said the car would be available at the beginning of December. The car was not ready until the very end of January and after I bought the car at a high lease price they refused to pay for the extra miles on the old Mercedes even though had said they would. It was thousands of dollars. They are liars and will rip you off. do not shop here. More

They sold me a new car with transmission problems and cosmetic defects. They didn't fix everything and I had so many more problems they refuse to let me out of my contract. Went to pickup my car after giving it out for service and notice that I did not receive my complimentary car wash. I question the attendant about not receiving the car was and he lied that it was washed. He notice that I did not receive my complimentary car wash.
