This dealership is TERRIBLE and Jerry Petitto accepts no responsibility for the transaction except credit for the sale. My girlfriend and I flew to New York from Georgia 15 days ago to purchase a certified responsibility for the transaction except credit for the sale. My girlfriend and I flew to New York from Georgia 15 days ago to purchase a certified MB C300, the deal fell through because water was housed in both tailpipes. The salesperson or service technician didn't hear the rattle, and I identified it. Additionally, all of the wheels had scratches on them and the sales manager refused to repair them. He said it would cost him $340.00 ($85.00 per wheel) on a certified Mercedes-Benz C300 that was being sold for $30K. They let us walk away. Now 15 days later, they still have not refunded $26,900 of our money. Every time we called, they were checking on it. The craziest thing of all is they are working on the paperwork and we never even got to test drive the CAR!! The customer service here is the worst!!! Stay away. More
