THESE PEOPLE SELL DRESSED UP LEMONS! Well, where do i start. I was excited to find a car that I was interested in, being a BMW 550xi M Package. However after doing paperwork, and getting everything squared away, before I could even leave the dealership something suspicious happened. My keys had magically come up missing. So Mike decided to act as if he was looking for them. In actuality , my car was outside smoking, and they were stalling to get me from noticing what was going on with my car. Now on the test drive, everything seemed fine. So after 25-30 minutes of pretending to look for my key, its magically found, and the blame is put on a porter who had left work. I then drive home and am about to park. My car started smoking profusely. I legit for a second thought that i was going to have to call the fire department because thats how bad it was. I was BAMBOOZLED. I took the car to the repair shop and was given a 2k bill for repairs. I was leaking antifreeze from the turbos, the radiator...11 check engine light code faults. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! REALLY! I DO NOT RECOMMEND! STEER CLEAR! I even called to speak with my salesman and the finance manager...I WAS NEVER GIVEN A CALL BACK. I will make sure this gets out. Run! Don't walk! Purchased a Buick Lacrosse 3 weeks ago. I took the car in after a week and it was in the shop for a week and repairs cost $4k. Third week and it's back in the shop with $2.5k repairs needed. I paid $8.5k for the car. I am trading it in and getting $4k trade in value. Lost my a$$ on this. Lesson learned. More

We got junk from them! I went in and met Nick who presented himself as a Christian and a good man (and I do not hold anything against him); however, the dealership as a whol I went in and met Nick who presented himself as a Christian and a good man (and I do not hold anything against him); however, the dealership as a whole is a different story. They showed us several vehicles. One of the vehicle could not start, one needed to be charged up in the parking lot and the rest seemed okay. For some reason I wanted to see the best in them, so we gave them a shot and purchased one of their vehicles. It turned out to be a mistake. Within 500 miles, one of the control modules went out, then the alternator and then it stated to leak oil and we had to have that fixed as well. They are suppose to inspect these vehicles, but the only thing I believe they do is patch them up to look nice and they could care less how they really run. This dealership has reasons for why they can sell their vehicles at a reasonable price, well, the one reason they did not put on the wall was (in our case) junk! More

Thank you MK, I agree seems shady! I only had a phone call but I called to find out as much information because it was a long drive for me. He was rude and acted like of course a 2004 car would have some scratches but could not tell me specifically if it did just kept saying I should come in and look at it. He was not friendly and did not want to answer questions with detail. After reading MK review I will not be visiting! More

Do not do business with them! Do not trust them! They cover up and lie about how damaged their cars are! I found a Hyundai Genesis Coupe at Silver auto that was reasonably priced so I called them up to confirm that it is available and to ask if it has any problems. Mike said that the car was in good condition "as far as he knew." I told him that I had to drive 2h to their dealership so I wanted all facts up front but he said that the car was fine. When I arrived, the coupe looked fine from outside, besides minor dings, which can be expected. I asked Mike to see the inspection report that Silver Auto performed when they got the car but he said that he could not give that to me but that report exists. This got me suspicious. Before he let me take the car to a mechanic he made me sign paperwork that said I could not negotiate price based on mechanic's assessment. Do dealerships do that? Here I asked him again if he knew of anything wrong with the car and he said it was just fine. As I kept asking more questions Mike kept getting more defensive. I took the car to the Hyundai dealership to get it inspected and when they lifted the car we found out that it was in a severe crash. The car had cracked brackets, dripping engine fluids, bent bars, missing engine covers, bent wheels, etc. The car was fixed to hide the damage from the outside but it was fixed not up to spec. It would cost $5,000+ to get it fixed correctly based on visual damage but the mechanic said that it may cost well over $10,000 if they discover in further inspection. Mike from Silver Auto PURPOSELY HID SERIOUS DAMAGE from me. He tried to sell me a broken car for $18,500 but in the end he wasted my 6 h and $60 for a car inspection. When I confronted him he told me that he was not aware of the damage. How? He confessed that they replaced and repainted the bumper so they did see under the car. The car is leaking, there is a puddle where it is parked. The issues with the car became obvious to me because I'm a mechanical engineer but I'm afraid that poor families without a technical understanding of cars may not easily detect problems and spend money on something that will break down quickly. Please don't let them stay in business so they could take advantage of others! There are 2 ways to describe Silver Auto, and especially Mike. Either they are croocks who try to sell you broken cars by making them look clean or, if you trust Mike, then they are incompetent and don't know how badly their cars are broken? Which of the two would you prefer your dealership to be? I can provide a record of my conversation with Mike and a copy of the car inspection record if asked. More
