I made an appointment for multiple items: 1. check my vehicle for an oil leak under warranty which was found during my oil change two weeks ago. Diagnosis: Instead, they gave me another oil ch check my vehicle for an oil leak under warranty which was found during my oil change two weeks ago. Diagnosis: Instead, they gave me another oil change and rotated my tires that were rotated two weeks prior. 2. Sirius will not connect because of suspected leak in antenna. Diagnosis #1: Attempted to troubleshoot Onstar (which I have not subscription and did not need serviced). Turns out my problem is that I need to sign up with Onstar :) - Really? OnStar? They also attempted to troubleshoot my GPS problem (No problem there either- because there was nothing wrong with it and I did not ask for that). Finally, the only solution was to take it to a body shop to find the leak (Really? It's in the antenna and that is why I am here!) I could go on, but when I attempted to bring this up to Marc, he shrugged his shoulders like it was no big deal. Well, my friend, It is a huge deal. Silveira used to have a top-notch crew and a great reputation. I am sorry that your crew is unable to perform anything other than unwanted oil change and I am also sure that continued lack of care on your part will send others elsewhere. More

I bring 2 cars there, and it's always been a good experience. The service writers were both very nice. waited 3 wks for a part.was given loaner cars, not very clean, either of them..was not impressed with older service manager, no cust.
