I bring 2 cars there, and it's always been a good experience. However the last visit for my truck i had several complaints, and not all were added to work order.i did early bird so I wasn't there at experience. The service writers were both very nice. waited 3 wks for a part.was given loaner cars, not very clean, either of them..was not impressed with older service manager, no cust. Svc skills, gave an attitude when I mentioned loaner cars not clean..said "I heard you, you already said that" cockily..I had asked to talk with him since no one could say when part would arrive for shift to park issue.otherwise everything good. I made the mistake of trying another dealer in Santa Rosa because it was closer. Never again! I’ve since returned to Silveira where I purchased the truck. Every time has been a great experience.
