Without question, the service department is one of the worst experiences I have had. Consistent, systematic errors in communicating with customers, setting poor expectations, and disappointing in both ti worst experiences I have had. Having owned an independent car repair shop for 20 years, it is hard to fathom the lack of customer focus and attention to detail. As an Operations engineer, I highly recommend consulting an expert to script a desirable customer journey and modernize both check-in amd check-out procedures.
