Repair quote included front engine mount which was replaced a month ago by another mechanic. Took it back to that mechanic to check his work: front engine mount looks perfectly brand new still. I do not trust the entire bid now from Chevy to “fix” my car if they are including things that are obviously new/not broken/not part of the problem. I think it’s actually electrical that is part of the issue. More

Without question, the service department is one of the worst experiences I have had. Consistent, systematic errors in communicating with customers, setting poor expectations, and disappointing in both ti worst experiences I have had. Consistent, systematic errors in communicating with customers, setting poor expectations, and disappointing in both timeliness and level of service. Having owned an independent car repair shop for 20 years, it is hard to fathom the lack of customer focus and attention to detail. As an Operations engineer, I highly recommend consulting an expert to script a desirable customer journey and modernize both check-in amd check-out procedures.
