Tell you one price then double it when you pick up car. I am so disappointed that this is acceptable. This is wrong practice and they should be ashamed of themselves to do this to an elderly women. More

Since my last review things have gotten better. John the service manager spent over an hour with me apologizing and trying to make things right. I even heard from him by telephone and the corporate office also reached out to see what can be done. I am thrilled of how it was handled the third time. My only hang up was there was never a mentioned of a loaner car until I told them this will be the third time renting a car. John got me a new loaner car and I was happy. My experience with the dealer is much much better. I will give them another chance going forward and seeing how much better things will be in the future. I am also hoping that the service people at the counter need to be trained better. If a customer is upset they need to get management involved immediately and also a loan car option if it has to stay for a few days. I look forward to seeing their new location and hopefully this new changes implemented.

2:00 appointment for just an oil change. At 3;15 I was told they're almost finished. Just checking the tire pressure. 27 minutes later the vehicle was ready. 1 hour and 42 minutes total. More
