I have personally purchased 3 vehicles from this dealership in the past ten years. Members of my family have also experienced greatness from this dealership purchasing nearly 10 vehicles over ten y dealership in the past ten years. I did not buy my most recent vehicle at Silko however I still choose Silko as my dealership of choice. When it comes to quality of service I always know I can count on you guys. My vehicle was in for an oil change tonight. Low and behold Matt had discovered that my car had no wipper blades. It turns out someone had been going around the neighborhood in the middle of the night steeling them off vehicles! The dealership didn't have my blades on hand, due to the fact that my vehicle is no longer a honda :( , but Hector happened to have a pair that fit! He gave them to me knowing that the forecast would be calling for more rain. They went above and beyond. The guys washed my car and popped them on like it was no big deal. It was a big deal to me and I was out of there quickly and with no worries. I always get service when MJ is on because he is always helpful and makes sure me and my family are safe. He makes real recommondations and leaves out the bologna. It's so nice to know that there are many employees in the service department that are concerned with customer care, safety and satisfaction. There is no question I will continue going to Silko Honda of Raynham! More

SILKO gives you a great deal when purchasing a new or used car and the maintenance and mechanical work is outstanding and on time as scheduled. My family currently has four Hondas and it should be not used car and the maintenance and mechanical work is outstanding and on time as scheduled. My family currently has four Hondas and it should be noted that we have owned Hondas since they were exported to the U.S. and our family members have purchased cars from the dealership for many years. SILKO is an outstanding dealership in all aspects and my family have recommended SILKO to many people including extended family members and friends. More

I was having problems with my brakes on my 2003 Accord and a friend suggested going to Silko. It was a little out of the way but in the end it was worth it!! Also, they were very upfront about all costs, which were very comparable to what I would have paid elsewhere, as I was skeptical of bringing my car to a dealer after the warranty had expired. I will go back to Silko in the future for everything, even oil changes. More

We purchased 2 new hondas about 6 years ago at silko honda. They told us how much better there trade in values were etc... Went to trade one in last year and they told us they would give us about $6000 honda. They told us how much better there trade in values were etc... Went to trade one in last year and they told us they would give us about $6000 for the acord which was in great condition. We were looking to by a van. We ended up buying a chrylser instead because hey gave us about $9500 for our trade in plus an aditional $4000 rebate!!! We also have a 2002 CRV...The check engine light came on so we brought it in to silko. They called us to let us know that we needed several different things including, a thottle bti, a catalatic cnvtr, a new transmission totaling more than $6,000. I could not believe it considering it seemed to run alright. Anyhow after speaking to my husband we recalled paying extra money for their extended warrantee. I called them back apparantly they had overlooked that (yeah right!). Well to make a very long story short, the insurance company who we had purchased the extended warantee from came out twice (they had to approve one thing at a time) Come to find out I did not need the transmission...Had I said in the beging, "do what you have to" they would have made an extra $3000 from me...THEY ARE CROOKS!! Oh actually $3600 because when I signed the papers that the insurance company had covered, the total was over $600 less than what they were going to charge me. I also left a message for the owner Adam on his voicemail and he NEVER returned my call. He must have forgotten that he personally came down to thank us for the purchase of two hondas and we could contact him if if there was anything he could do for us. Good luck in your search for a honda. They are decent cars, but I do not recomend this dealership. More
