I have spoken to my management team regarding your visit and am very sorry that you had an unpleasant experience with our team. I feel there was a misunderstanding regarding the price of an oil change for your vehicle and unfortunately It was not explained to you in a friendly manner. This is unacceptable and while I understand there is nothing that I can do to change what has already happened, I have spoken to my Service Manager who is willing to honor the discounted oil change price on your vehicle for as long as you own it, if you would so choose to continue servicing with us.
