Fantastic Service!!! I made an appointment for new tires and an oil change. My oil change was free because of the Silko Care program. Thank you! My service advisor, Matt I made an appointment for new tires and an oil change. My oil change was free because of the Silko Care program. Thank you! My service advisor, Matt Litchfield advised me to get an alignment so my tires would last longer, and so my Pilot would operate at its best. Good advice! I got the alignment and the Pilot drives much better. Matt and his crew also found a worn compressor belt, which they replaced. I didn't expect to need any mechanical repairs, but they saved me from a breakdown by spotting this problem and making the repair while the car was in the shop anyway. Can't say enough great things about the Service Department! More

Dino is Dynomite! There was some confusion over the phone regarding the actual miles on my car and the "assumed mileage" on your automated reminders for service. The email reminders don't match the miles in your service brochure. I never received a 10k mile reminder. When I called a 2nd time to add a tire rotation to my already scheduled oil change, I believe I spoke with a young lady in training. She was a bit confusing but extremely sweet and apologetic....I understand there's always a learning curve when new. When I came in Dino assisted me and explained in great (and patient) detail and gave me a brochure explaining the A, B, & C, visits for service. He's a gem, be sure to never lose him! More
