great service This was my first time at this dealer service center. I was extremely pleased with the check in process, the service advisor, and the work done on my car. I was offered a loaner car for free even though the work would be done in two hours. This allowed me to get some breakfast and not be stuck sitting in the waiting room. All those that I had contact with were friendly and helpful. I will be using them for all my service needs even though they are a distance from where I live. Well worth the trip. More

Service I was loyal to one Honda dealer for over 25 years until I had a bad experience. I’ve shopped around looking for a decent family run dealership and wh I was loyal to one Honda dealer for over 25 years until I had a bad experience. I’ve shopped around looking for a decent family run dealership and when my sister found Silko, I gave them a try! I didn’t even buy my Pilot from them, but I’m able to take advantage of the buy one get one free oil change anyway! They are quick, courteous, and I was allowed to bring my Golden Retriever into the waiting room today ( who by the way made many new friends!!) When it’s time to buy my next Honda, I will without a doubt be coming to Silko and encouraging my friends to do the same...Thank you for restoring my faith in decent Honda Dealerships. More
