After stopping and checking my tires which all appeared to be fine I received this Tire Pressure Low Display Message while driving home the other day. After stopping and checking my tires which all appeared to be fine. I called and explained what happened to the service department customer representative who scheduled an appointment for my vehicle for the next afternoon. The two service department customer representatives, Dino and Alex, were very thorough, polite and helpful. In addition, since I only recently purchased this new Hybrid model, I had a question about where in the engine compartment and the proper method to jump start this vehicle if ever necessary. Both gentlemen and the Service Department Supervisor, Tony, were very helpful explaining the proper procedure to me. I happened to have my service appointment during normal lunchtime. I noticed that the Service Customer Representatives eat at their service customer stations. As a customer, I felt uncomfortable disturbing them to process my vehicle for service while they were eating. I am sure other customers may feel the same way. The dealership owner may want to reconsider why employees are sitting eating their lunch while also having to interact with customers. Does the owner require the service technicians to be holding his/her lunch in one hand while fixing a vehicle with his/her other hand? In my opinion a good employer allows their employees to eat their lunch in a company provided lunch room which shows respect to their employees. More

Dino is amazing!! I once went to another dealership for my cars service. Never again. The service at this location is amazing. His knowledge about the car makes me think he must be a car technician or was at some point. this was a significant repair to my vehicle and it went so smooth it was perfect!! Also all parts that were needed were on hand so i got my car back same day!! Also Dino suggested additional work that would cost much more, but he really made a great point as to why i should get it done. Give these guys a raise!! More

Our service advisor, Matt Litchfield, has consistently provided us with great service, and honest recommendations. The work is always done on time, reasonably priced, and reliably. We owe praise to the technicians who actually perform the work that Matt recommends, too! Over the years, I do not recall ever returning because a repair or a recommended maintenance task was incomplete or incorrectly done! Quite a record! I highly recommend Silko Honda! More
