Positive Experience My car needed to have the rear brakes (rotors and pads) replaced. I was offered a coupon at my previous service visit if I went back within 30 days. S My car needed to have the rear brakes (rotors and pads) replaced. I was offered a coupon at my previous service visit if I went back within 30 days. Since brakes are so expensive, I wanted any way to save money so I scheduled my visit within the 30 days. I dropped my car off and used the courtesy ride to return home. I thought that they would have the car for the day but after about 2 hours, I received a call that my car was finished. I returned using the courtesy ride. The car was ready and I was on my way. Quick and easy. More

I had to wait an additional hour in line to get this done. I recently had my car serviced at the time my inspection sticker was due so I have to make a trip elsewhere to get this done. More
