When I call to schedule my service I always know I will be taken care of. I love speaking to Kim to plan my visit. I had an 0815 appointment for my first oil change on the only new car I have ever purchased. I am what's called a "car guy" and am meticulous about my vehicle's maintenance. I arrived early and was processed in almost immediately. The service advisor was very helpful and enthusiastic about my Civic Si, which was awesome. It has been my experience that other service people don't believe in the products they maintain. Wait time was estimated to be an hour (give or take) and was pretty much spot on. Hopefully I will never have any major issues with my Civic, but if I do I am confident they will be handled professionally and as quickly as possible. More
