Another home run for Silko! We own three Honda automobiles, all purchased from Silko. Great cars, honest people, FANTASTIC Service Department! My wife an I brought two of our cars in for routine m automobiles, all purchased from Silko. Great cars, honest people, FANTASTIC Service Department! My wife an I brought two of our cars in for routine maintenance today. Matt Litchfield, our service advisor was ready for both cars at the appointed time. The cars were serviced quickly and correctly (as usual). Matt suggested further maintenance on the 2013 CRV, which we will have done at our next scheduled oil change. It's really great when you can trust the Service Department to recommend what is needed without pressure to have something performed immediately (unless it is a truly time sensitive repair)! These folks have earned our trust again and again! What a great dealership! I nearly forgot to mention that the waiting area is spotless, and lots of room for social distancing, Everyone wearing a mask, too! More

BOGO Oil Change is a Scam!!I purchased the BOGO oil BOGO Oil Change is a Scam!! I purchased the BOGO oil change for my 2016 Pilot. I traded the car up for a 2018 Pilot (same exact car) and they would BOGO Oil Change is a Scam!! I purchased the BOGO oil change for my 2016 Pilot. I traded the car up for a 2018 Pilot (same exact car) and they would not honor the free oil change. I spoke with the service manager, Tony and the owner, Ryan. I was told that because the BOGO deal had been purchased on the 2016 Pilot, I would not be able to use it with the 2018 Pilot. I don't get it... I paid $62 for 2 oil changes and I cannot use the freebie because the VIN is different? It's the exact SAME car!! What if I had totaled my car soon after purchasing this deal? What if the car was stolen? I just lose out..? I have been getting my vehicles services at Silko for the past 15+ years. This is how they reward customer loyalty! Not cool! It is not my fault that my lease was up and I had to get another Pilot. I cannot time my oil changes with the BOGO deal, but this was the exact same car and I already bought the deal. What happens if the car was totaled or stolen? You lose the freebie...NOT COOL!! This "policy" is not posted anywhere that I could tell and was not in the service agreement. They are accusing me of trying to swindle an oil change that I paid for! I have not purchased or leased a vehicle from Silko on any of my Hondas (10+), because just about every other dealer has better pricing. It pays to shop around. I have also been using Honda of Plymouth for all of my service needs (much better experience). See you in court Silko! More
