All in all, it was a pleasant and hassle-free car shopping experience. I went to Silko Honda on the referral of a family member. My lease was up and I went there just to see what Honda offered and really had no plan on purchasing a vehicle. I've purchased many vehicles and never look forward to looking at cars for the mere fact of "salesmen". Rob did not fit into that stereotype at all, and it was truly because of him and his great manner that made me decide to purchase the car. He went out of his way with every step of the process and made it pleasant and pain free. Everyone I was introduced to was very personable, and I'd highly recommend Silko Honda in Raynham to my family and friends. They cashed my check a week early after promising they would not... thus overdrawing my bank account and causing me all sorts of fees. I was having problems with my brakes on my 2003 Accord and a friend suggested going to Silko. It was a little out of the way but in the end it was worth it!! Also, they were very upfront about all costs, which were very comparable to what I would have paid elsewhere, as I was skeptical of bringing my car to a dealer after the warranty had expired. I will go back to Silko in the future for everything, even oil changes. More

The customer service was incredible. They made sure I found the car that was perfect for me and made it affordable. They even stayed late to make sure I was able to take my car home that night.
