He seems to low his job and selling Hondas, there isn't a function on the car that he doesnt how how to work...especially the electronic and bluetooth devices, he took his time to explain them to me and it was much appreciated, since I didnt even know what blue tooth was! Nathalie was quick and efficient at setting up my financing, with a great sense of humor and a non pressure demeanor that was refreshing. I'm really happy with my new White CRV. I recently purchased a new 2010 Honda CRV-EX from Silko and was very impressed with the professionalism of everyone who worked with me from my initial contact until driving off the lot with the car. I contacted the dealer through email for a quote on the vehicle and immediately received a very impressive quote with no gimmicks and no hidden fees (other dealers had given quotes that omitted the $800 destination charge). I liked that Kristofor put out the dealer's best offer up front without me needing to haggle over price. Once at the dealership, Larry spent a lot of time (more than an hour) walking me through every detail of the vehicle. Lastly, Nathalie took me through the financing options and extended warranty service options with very little sales pressure. All in all, I was incredibly surprised by how friendly, professional, and thorough the team was. Most importantly, they treated me with respect and made the entire experience a real pleasure. I will happily refer my friends, colleagues, and family to pay a visit to Silko when considering the purchase of a Honda vehicle. More
I visited Silko to check on a 2010 Ridgeline after viewing it on the AutoTrader website. Sales Consultant Flavio Vidito was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and courteous during the whole process. Flavio was very patient during our 'negotiations' and always displayed a calm and relaxed demeanor. Also worth mentioning was my experience with Nathalie Farah, the Finance Manager. She was exremely helpful in finding a better rate than my pre-approved loan and was very knowledgeable with various coverage options. After delivery, I noticed that the vehicle still had sand under the rear seat and in the trunk. Also,the morning after taking delivery, a pile of leaves that had collected in the engine compartment had fallen in my driveway. I suspect that they came loose after cleaning the engine compartment at my request. Part of these detailing oversights were due to Silko rushing to accomodate my schedule but the vehicle had been at the dealership for up to two months and I feel that it should have been taken care of prior to customer viewing. Overall, not a bad knock but worth noting. Otherwise, the rest of the preparation was very good. Overall, I am very satisfied with the Silko dealership and would highly recommend them to others. More

I have bought 3 cars from Silko in the last 9 years and also have them serviced there. I have never contemplated going to another dealer since dealing with them. My wife absolutely loves their service department -- it's the first one she's ever dealt with that doesn't intimidate or pressure her. They will offer suggestions or make recommendations but leave it up to her to decide what's best. This time, I found a car (Civic LX) on Silko's web site and emailed them asking for their absolute best offer considering my history with them. Rachel emailed me back within 5 minutes with a terrific price. They had me sold on the car before I ever left my house. Once I arrived at the dealership, Rachel introduced me to Matt who took over from there. He was extremely friendly and was willing to crunch the numbers between getting the low interest rate offered by Honda and getting cash back instead. He was very helpful and willing to answer any and all questions. There wasn't even any haggling over the value of my trade-in. Once the deal was made, Matt passed me over to Andrea who did the paperwork and a very soft sales pitch on other offers including an extended warranty. She also was very friendly and while informative on the offers, did mention that it was my decision to make. I ended up purchasing a couple of the offers, mainly because of the amount of miles I will put on the car each year. As I told Matt and Andrea, in the almost 30 years I've been buying cars, this was the most enjoyable experience yet. The whole process of figuring out the financing, evaluating my trade-in, doing the paperwork and me driving away with the new car took about 1 1/2 hours. Buy far, the quickest I've ever purchased a car!!! They still haven't given me a reason to look anywhere else. More
We made a buy decision and as promised informed both sales and the F and I Director of our plans to fund the purchase the very next day; our plan was accepted and agreed to; two days later we received sales and the F and I Director of our plans to fund the purchase the very next day; our plan was accepted and agreed to; two days later we received two messages from F and I and sales informing us that a) a second deposit had been taken and b) the purchase had to be made the next day; both insulting and disturbing to us since we had already discussed and gotten agreement on the purchase process and in doing so informed Silko personnel that the purchase would require a 7-10 day period; after resolving the miscommunication we proceeded to complete the purchase; Friendliness yes but disclosure and lack of professionalism on managements part had us thinking of cancelling our purchase; On the positive side we received apologies from sales and found Mike Gentilucci, Sales Consultant, to be competent, respectful and consider him a real asset to Silko and credit him for enabling us to leave with an overall positive feeling about Silko. She is the reason we chose to go to Silko in the first place. Dealing with her online was easy. We found she answered any question we had honestly and quoted us a good price. When we walked into the dealership Chris greeted us. We found him to be very friendly and outgoing. Not at all pushy. He listened to everything we said and answered every question honestly. He walked us out to the lot and let us pick the car we wanted. He walked us through every aspect of that car and then we took it for a good test drive. We were not rushed, it was already closing when it was time to do the paperwork and Mr. White,who I"m sure must have already had a long day help us with the paperwork. He was very friendly and professional. I think Rachel, Chris and Mr. White are a big asset to Silko Honda. What we liked the most is the honesty, the friendly and relax atmospher of this dealership. Everyone had a smile on there face. Even other salemen came over and congratulated us on buying our CRV. I would highly recommend Silko to anyone. More

We had a wonderful experience here from the moment we walked in the door. So glad we switched from Herb Cahmbers Seekonk! Overall the rating is good not great(5)because we were told the following: 1) Silko told us that they would handle returning the old plates from the trade in but they did not. The plates had to be turned in because the new ownership was joint whereas the trade in vechicle's ownership was for just one of us 2) We were told, when considering purchasing the vehicle, that the loan rate would be 0.9%. But when we signed the contract, the rate jumped to 1.9%. We were not told why we could not get the lower rate. 3)The price of the car was OK but not great, according to the Consumer Report magazine's "new car report", which we purchased. Additionally, the trade in sale was below what we expected, according to Blue Book prices 4) We were told that Silko would get the state inspection sticker onto the vehicle for us. But then, when we took delivery of the vehicle, we learned that we had to do this ourselves. 5) The Nav system installed in the vehicle is not up to date. While it recognizes the street we live on, it can not navigate to it from the main road nearby. My other car has a Garmin GPS that we updated about 1/2 year ago, and its maps navigate to our home perfectly. 6) On a positive note, the salesman was very helpful. He even brought the same kind of car to our home so that we could be sure it would fit into our small garage. More
