SILKO gives you a great deal when purchasing a new or used car and the maintenance and mechanical work is outstanding and on time as scheduled. Once we arrived at the dealership, Joe Wilkerson worked very hard to get us the fairest trade in value he could for our car, not pushy, not rude, just friendly and wanting to make us feel comfortable with the price we agreed on. Nathalie Farah the Finance manager was very informative, thorough and friendly, she made the whole financing aspect much less stressful. The Lifetime powertrain warranty just made the whole deal that much sweeter. I highly recommend if you're going to buy a Honda, go to Silko. More
We went to Silko to buy our 3 yr. old, 2008 Pilot. We were there to look at a model that was just the color and with all the options that we were looking for, so we drove to this dealer 40 min. away from were there to look at a model that was just the color and with all the options that we were looking for, so we drove to this dealer 40 min. away from our home, even though there were closer Honda dealers. Our salesperson was Anton. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and took us on an informative test drive. As far as price goes, they were unwilling to bargain on the price at all. We did end up paying the full asking price, as we had shopped around, and knew it to be fair. We also made what some would consider the mistake of revealing that this was exactly the vehicle we were looking for, so we weren't surprised that they stuck to their price. As I say, it was fair for the installed options and the mileage, so we were satisfied. We don't enjoy that bickering over price game, anyway. I also wanted to give a shout out to Nathalie, finance person. She made that uncomfortable meeting where she has to offer you every addition and extra warranty under the sun, as bearable as possible. She gave us the facts, but was not high pressure at all. When we went to pick up the car, it wasn't ready at the time we had discussed. We waited and hour and a half with 3 kids in tow. I really can't complain too much about this, though, as we bought the car at 12:00, and picked it up at 4:00 on the same day, so it wasn't all that surprising that they needed some extra time. I would have appreciated them being a bit more realistic and telling us that they needed until 5:00, but the showroom is well-equipped with toys and electronic games to amuse the little ones; a huge plus, especially if you were going to use them for service. What really made me want to write this review is what happened the next day. While we were on our test drive, I had noticed that there were no floor mats in the vehicle. It was just the bare carpet. My husband was asking Anton another question, so I forgot to ask my question about the mats. Anton was giving us a ton of information about the vehicle, and it just slipped my mind. I literally woke up in the middle of the night saying, "Oh no! I forgot about the mats!" We’re going to need those, as we are going into mud season, but since I missed the opportunity to bring it into the deal the day before, I figured we were on our own. I called them the next day just to see if they had the set that went with the vehicle lying around somewhere and just forgot to put them in. While I was waiting for Anton to call me back, I called our local Honda dealer to see if they had the mats available, and how much they would cost. They were about $180 bucks, but I was going to pay it, because I don't feel that generic mats fit right to protect carpeting. When I didn't hear from Anton for a few hours, I tried again and this time got TJ on the phone. I told him my story, in a tone of expecting that they wouldn't help me, too bad for me. To my surprise he called me back and told me that he had just ordered a brand new set of mats for me, no charge, and I could pick them up the next day. I was floored, no pun intended! The deal was done. They had no further responsibility to me. When I told TJ how surprised I was, he just said, "We want you to be happy." To me this was really incredible customer service. More
I would highly recommend this dealer and especially this salesperson to anyone who is looking to be treated as a person, which frankly is lacking in this industry. Not only did I feel that this salesperson advocated for me as much as is possible in reaching an agreement, but when there was a paperwork issue he took it upon himself on his day off to contact TJ and between the two of them, the situation was remedied almost immediately. I felt that I was treated with respect and honesty. I had also been in touch with several other dealerships in the area and was NOT treated this way. My salesperson was like a professor in his knowlege of the performance and operation of my new car. He took the time to explain to me all of the features after the papers had passed and before I drove out of the parking lot. I will highly reccomend this dealership and especially this salesperson to both my friends and family. Thank you again. More

First and foremost go to Boch! I walked into Silko looking to get a better deal. The salesman I had was new which I did not know, and he was definitley rushing the process. They said they could definitley beat Boch Hondas deal, but in the end they did not even come close, by thousands. The real issue is with Jeff the finance manager. He knew I was not going to get approved through honda with my current income and position, so he LIED, on my credit application, and when I questioned him on it, he told me he had been doing this since before I was born so I should trust him. In the middle of the application process, the salesman forgot to mention I had a trade in that was not paid off, which I told him about. I walked out before the application could be done. I went back to Boch only to find out Jeff had summited my credit application anyway! Which blocked me from getting a loan from Honda for 45 days!!! Needless to say I ended up buying a brand new Honda Civic from BOCH and I am so happy with boch's experience, I got exactly what I wanted at the right price. More
