Silko Honda

This is my second car purchased from Jailes Periera at Silko Honda. I bought a used Accord back in 2005 when money was tight. I was very nervous buying a used car but Jailes let me take it to be looked at by my mechanic with no pressure. I had returned to Silko this month hoping I would be able to reconnect with Jailes as I looked for a pre-owned car again. Jailes showed me how buying new was a better financial decision all around. I am thrilled with my new Honda Civic LX. Again, it was a smooth and pleasant experience and as always Silko did everything they could to make my purchase a positive one. The dealership was able to offer me a price and warranty that no other dealership in the area could. I felt no need to go to Bernardi in Brockton to comparison shop, I felt confident I was making a sound decision with Silko. Chris approached me almost as soon as I walked in the door and his personality immediately won me over. I felt "safe" with him as a salesmen and he even picked me up abut 40 minutes away when I couldn't door and his personality immediately won me over. I was looking for a Honda CRV LX so I went online to begin searching. I received a lengthy informative reply from Rachel and another from Matthew. Chris was off that day so Anton greeted us after we had a nice discussion with Matthew. Anton was very casual from the start and answered all of our questions. We were thinking of buying but the price was too high so we were shown leasing. I know leasing is risky but we were assured it wasn't that bad. We had a test drive and many things about the car were explained by Anton. We were shown all the available vehicles on the lot and decided on a 2014 Honda LX AWD (white). There was never any pressure to buy but we decided to anyway. Special praise to Nathalie who drew up the paperwork and made extra offers that we could add such as scotch guarding the seats etc. She never pressured us into anything but did say things we did not need all the while engaging in pleasant conversation. I give this dealership a high rating due to their professionalism, questions answered, and no pressure tactics. More

Shopping and buying a new car with young children is very intimidating. Tom was very friendly and dignified the children and their many questions. We started by visiting Silko online. Matt Sherman responded via e-mail and gave us a quote that we considered reasonable. We had some questions which Matt had answered in a very timely manner. By the time we visted the showroom we had done our research and pretty much decided that we were getting another CR-V. We met with Craig Osit, who accompanied us on our test drive and answered the few remaining questions that we had. Because we already had a price from Matt, the negotiations with Craig consisted of the value of our trade-in. The negotiations were pleasant and, like any good agreement, we met in the middle of each of our first offers. When we picked up the new car, Craig took the effort to explain how the use the features that were new to us. All in all, our buying experience was a pleasant one. More

I went into Silko Honda on Sunday after I had spoke to two other Honda dealers (via email) and went to drive a few Honda cars at the Honda dealer down in Plymouth that same day. I was angry when I got there about how I was treated at the other dealer. But as soon as I got there I ran into Raul and Jailes and felt comfortable and new that I was in good hands. I was able to by my Honda Civic there in a couple of hours and never even test drove the car that I wanted. When I went back on Monday to finalize everything and to pick up my car the next day. Everyone that I met were great from the sales side to the finance side, everyone cared and listened to what i wanted. They took me out to the car and sat with me to go over everything that the car had. I have bought a few new cars in my life and most more expensive then the one that I purchased that day, but I was so impressed with the quality of customer service that I received that day that I have told bout 10 people in just a few days about the dealership. Also I will be buying my next car there again that is for sure................ Thank You Rui More
