Fantastic Service Department I bought my 2015 Lincoln MKC from the Owosso Signature Company in June and I have been truly pleased with the customer service that I have received fr I bought my 2015 Lincoln MKC from the Owosso Signature Company in June and I have been truly pleased with the customer service that I have received from the Service Dept. Noah, has been an excellent wealth of knowledge to me of my vehicle and has given me plenty of tips about it. I was pretty short on time for this appointment because of my work schedule. He let me know exactly how much time that it would take for each areas that I needed help with. I was very concerned that I needed a new battery for my car. My car was done in less than an hour and had explained that I didn't need a new battery it was my key. He replaced the battery for me, took the time to show me where the battery is and that I even have a key hidden in case the battery failed. I had no idea that it even existed. Thanks to Noah, I feel very comfortable with my car and thanks to everyone working under Noah! Noah also let me know that if I ever need help to give him a call and he would explain things to me. How many other service departments do you know that would do that? More

He was very thorough and professional. I decided to make the repairs, including recommended front end alignment. Service manager Noah and Brent kept me appraised of progress . When I picked up the vehicle and noticed slight pull to right at higher speed they immediately took personal charge and saw to it that correction was done on the spot. I have done business with Signature Ford for many years. My experience has been that this attention to detail is the rule , not the exception. More
