Napier Avenue in Benton Township began its humble beginnings in 1989 as a Toyota franchise with 15 employees and 13,000 square feet of facility. Since then, they have grown to include the Hyundai, and Mitsubishi franchises. The facility was expanded to over 35,000 square feet in 2007 and now employs more than 40 people. I was at Signature Auto to view a different car when Chris brought around the 2011 Hyundai Sonata. I wasn't interested at first, though I gave it a test drive. Ended up purchasing the Sonata and am so grateful! I love the car and am super pleased with the service and quality of my purchase. Chris helped me setup my Bluetooth and XM Radio and also offered to drive the car himself to my mechanic to have a look. I would recommend Signature Auto for quality customer service and pricing. More

Even though there was no power the experience was excellent! We had our appointment scheduled with Barbra Madison a couple of days before we arrived at Signature. We had a 60 mile drive, so we wanted to be sure We had our appointment scheduled with Barbra Madison a couple of days before we arrived at Signature. We had a 60 mile drive, so we wanted to be sure they were ready to work with us. On the way to the dealership, Barbra called to advise us the the storms that had occurred the previous night had knocked out the power to the dealership. She made it very clear to us that if we chose to purchase a vehicle, they could still complete the transaction. Barbra spent a lot of time getting to know both of us, and showing us the features of the vehicle we had come to look at. After a thorough test drive, we sat own to work out the details of our purchase. The negotiation process was short, and very simple. We were given a fair trade in value for our vehicle, and an excellent price on the vehicle we purchased. Even with no power, the paperwork was completed quickly and efficiently. We drove the vehicle home that day, and are very pleased with our purchase. The computer generated paperwork arrived in a timely manner, and the title work tool less than a week. Hats off to Barbra, Larry, Teresa, and the rest of the Signature staff that worked with us. Even under adverse conditions our buying experience was wonderful. More

I had researched for over a year for my next car, and chose this dealership because they had the model of the 2014 Toyota Highlander that I wanted. Thankfully, I was approached by Barbara, who knew all about the car I wanted, and easily answered all my questions. Their up front pricing was exactly what I wanted, no haggling, and they worked with us so we could do a trade-in. I highly recommend Barbara, and the dealership. More

Which included all the technological gadgets I was looking for, the awesome gas mileage, the right color, and the right price for my budget. He helped me shop around for insurance and even found me a better deal on insurance for the new car! He was very polite, extremely knowledgable, patient and friendly. Service Department- Make the hum go away! I didn't have an appointment but they worked me in immediately because I was on my way out of town.. Mark was concerned that it was raining and made I didn't have an appointment but they worked me in immediately because I was on my way out of town..
