Napier Avenue in Benton Township began its humble beginnings in 1989 as a Toyota franchise with 15 employees and 13,000 square feet of facility. Made Finding A New Car Easy! I went into Signature on a Saturday evening around 1:30. Thought that I would test drive out a few vehicles and possibly make a decision over the foll I went into Signature on a Saturday evening around 1:30. Thought that I would test drive out a few vehicles and possibly make a decision over the following week. However, I ended up leasing a new car that same day! That was possible with the help I got at Signature! I told them my budget and my sales rep did all she could to keep within my budget! I really feel that I got a great deal on a safe, reliable and awesome looking new car (all guilty free)! -- The employees stayed after hours to assure I was satisfied with my purchase and multiple people stopped by to say hello and thank me for my business. Signature was a very clean and friendly place to car shop and I didn't feel pressured by the sales rep whatsoever to buy a car that day (even though I did :)). Very helpful and for someone who doesn't know much about cars (or car buying), I felt all my questions were answered and know that they will be there for me with any other questions even after that sale! More

Satisfied Repeat Customer Everyone in the whole establishment was just awesome to me. The initial people in the service department were very helpful towards me with both my car and in calming my frantic nerves down from my scary ride in with a car that was breaking down. Once my mind settled and I got on the "I'm getting a new car" page, things went pretty smooth. My normal car guy, Carl Harris, started my process on a Friday showing me the first vehicle I was interested in, and then manager, Randy Love, continued with me the next day, Saturday, discussing all my options to lease or purchase for three different vehicles with the assistance of sales associate Christopher Salinas. Finalization was done on a Tuesday morning with Christopher and Theresa Clark completing the insurance and financial end of it. I was made to feel completely comfortable in my purchase and was made sure I knew everything I needed to know for any questions or future needs before I left. Couldn't be more satisfied with everyone. More

7 years plus and no bad experiences! I have been using Signature since I bought my first Prius in 2007. The dealership made the experience very simple and straightforward. The service dep I have been using Signature since I bought my first Prius in 2007. The dealership made the experience very simple and straightforward. The service department is what brings me back over and over. I only had my Prius serviced at Signature. The Service crew is very friendly and most know me by name after all these years. They are helpful, explain everything and forever friendly! I do not feel as if I'm being sand-bagged by them at any time (as often happens to women when it comes to car repairs). Now I have another Prius and I will continue to have it serviced at Signature. This buying experience was even easier than the previous one. Nothing was not explained to me. I would and have heartily recommend this dealership/service department. More

Such a friendly experience knowledgeable lady that was willing to do whatever it took to get the job done. She got us the best deal with our new truck.
