Defective Battery Brought my 2014 Toyota Camry in for dead battery that I had to jump at my house. Spoke with Gabe about this and he took my vehicle into the shop and they found a bad cell on the battery and then promptly had the battery replaced within 20 minutes at no cost to me. Don't stand behind their work - passes the buck I have a 2011 Tacoma and have had every service performed by a Toyota dealer... Bought the truck in TN while stationed at Ft. Campbell. The truck has custom wheels and Wyatt Johnson Toyota dealer (who is great by the way) told me when I was PCSing to make sure not to use an air impact gun on the wheels.. To make a long story short I PCSed and the first time I took my truck to Sierra Toyota I informed them about the wheels... They came in later and said one of the lugs is stripped and it would cost $100+ to fix it... I told them to fix it and I wasn't paying for it because they did it... Of course they denied it and said they didn't do it... I called Toyota in TN and hold them what happened and they said they would call Sierra Toyota and see what's up... To make a long story short The TN dealer paid for the repair.... The next time I took my truck in to get my oil changed - I reiterated what happened last time and to not use a air impact.... Yea you guessed it, they did it again... But this time they paid for the damages... No one to pin it on this time... I just PCSed Colorado sitting in a Toyota dealership... I told them not to use an air impact and why... Before they even take a wheel off they bring me out to show me rounded off lug nut from apparent use of an impact gun.... I am so glad to be out of Sierra Vista... Sierra Toyota is horrible.... More
Amazing customer support when my Jeep's alternator failed My wife and I were halfway to Tucson when the alternator failed in our 2008 Jeep Patriot. I contacted Sierra Toyota and spoke with Gabe. He informed My wife and I were halfway to Tucson when the alternator failed in our 2008 Jeep Patriot. I contacted Sierra Toyota and spoke with Gabe. He informed me to call a tow truck and provided the name and address of a dodge dealer in Tucson that could fix the Jeep. He also began looking up the warranty information. Once we arrived at the dealer in Tucson I called Gabe again to get the warranty company info. Gabe found our bumper-to-bumper warranty was no longer valid but since the Jeep was only past the mileage limit by about 550 miles he spoke to the office manager and they agreed to cover half the costs of the repair. The Tucson dealer was able to replace the alternator and the idler pulley that afternoon so we were able to head home without having to rent a car. The next day I took the paperwork for the repair into Sierra Toyota and they refunded me half the repair costs. I have been extremely happy with the service and support I have received from Sierra Toyota and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle. More
