The donuts, coffee and orange juice was great. Had the pleasure of talking to my previous service advisors Gabe who now has been promoted to maintenance supervisor and I wish him the best of luck in his new job. The only thing that I was not aware of and that was when you replace the cabin air filter with a vehicle under the two year warranty plan that you had to pay for it. I recommend that you also list a picture of the Service Advisor below as you do with the Sales folks. More
Service Center Perfection I am a car guy, and I dont trust many places with my car at all. I have taken some of my vehicles to places that specialize in exotic cars and the ser I am a car guy, and I dont trust many places with my car at all. I have taken some of my vehicles to places that specialize in exotic cars and the service and care of my vehicles has always been better here at sierra Toyota than anywhere in Phoenix or San Diego I have been. Prices are fair, and work is fantastic. Best of all they are consistent and prove again and again that they are honest when i have shopped around. If you have never done it, I HIGHLY recommend a detail and engine steam. Your car will come out looking like the day you bought it every time. Gabe Rendon always makes sure that everything is done top notch and manages to always deliver the best possible service. Another huge kudos is to the parts department. Prices are good, parts are OEM, and there are even parts that Sean Horneday was able to get me that i searched online for 6 months for and no one was able to get. These guys made it happen for my 86 build and everything else I could think of. More

I bought the floor mats and was waited on by Sean and Daniel (don't know their last names) but the service I received was EXCELLENT along with the best available price!!! Lied to me about a problem with my car I purchased the car in Wisconsin. Went in for an oil change. at the dealership in Sierra Vista, AZ After an hour they came out and told me my re I purchased the car in Wisconsin. Went in for an oil change. at the dealership in Sierra Vista, AZ After an hour they came out and told me my rear suspension was broken and would have to be replaced. There was absolutely no indication of a problem that way, and being somewhat of a mechanic, I told them straight out they were lying. Of course, they didn't like that, but...... Oh yes, they also said the warranty on my car had expired and I would have to pay for a very expensive repair. I drove the car back to Wisconsin a while later and brought it to my dealer immediately. They told me the car was fine, including the suspension and nothing was cracked or broken., etc. And, that the dealer was obviously lying. Said that he had heard of things like that happening in the southwest, but I was the first customer they had that had run into it. If this was last dealership in the world, I would not recommend that anyone even think about passing their doorstep. More

He really answered all my questions and helped me determine the vehicle and the options which were right for my particular needs. I really felt he was looking out for me and had a good relationship with the management team. When I finally decided on the perfect vehicle, he helped explain the process as did Scott and Ross with my trade in. I can truly say everyone I dealt with were so friendly and professional that I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a Toyota. More

He correctly diagnosed the issue and got right to work to get the warranty authorization and parts ordered. He listened to my concern and issue, showed genuine concern and care to meet my needs.
