Just don't be afraid to ask questions! I recently took my 4Runner in to Sierra Toyota because it failed to start one morning. At first, I was told that my battery needed replacing, but I objected to this and asked them to check again (because I just replaced the battery and alternator - at this same dealer - about 5 months ago). When I got a call back, I was told that I was right, the battery was fine, a "trainee tech" had made a mistake. Eventually I was told that my starter needed replacing. When I heard the estimate, I decided I needed to come in and talk before agreeing. After the "trainee tech" thing, I was a little dubious. Service advisor Gabe, however, restored my confidence in the shop by talking through some things, showing me the price breakdown on the computer, and taking me back and literally showing me my vehicle and what it was doing when I asked. Some questions and Gabe's help also helped get the estimate down closer to something that seemed reasonable (I do some research anytime I deal with a shop, and the initial quote was waaaaaaayy out of line with the norm). I really appreciated dealing with Gabe, though I'm still a little miffed at the cost Toyota charges for a (remanufactured!!) starter - it's twice what I would spend for a comparable reman part (with a lifetime warranty) from O'Reilly or Advance Auto Parts. More
Quick service but not everything I wanted done got done. I asked for the engine filter to be changed but it wasn't. I asked for my alignment to be checked. A noise in the back end of the vehicle was not diagnosed. The noise was heard when leaving the lot. More

Quick and accommodating service! When I discovered a low tire just before leaving Sierra Vista to pick up our dog from a grooming appointment, I went directly to Toyota to have it che When I discovered a low tire just before leaving Sierra Vista to pick up our dog from a grooming appointment, I went directly to Toyota to have it checked. Sure enough, there were two nails in the tire. Unfortunately, I was told that it was lunchtime and no one was available to fix it, plus the afternoon was already booked with other customers. However, the service agent, Humberto, saw that I was distressed about needing to pick up the dog and he managed to find someone to take care of the tire and get me out of there within 45 minutes. We have been customers for 16 years and have always appreciated the quality service! Thank you! More

However I was fortunate enough to find this dealership in Sierra Vista - I have yet to be let down by my countless visits. The staff in the service department have consistently been professional, respectful, and always make sure that I am doing everything necessary to keep my car in great working condition. I've had no issues getting appointments in a timely manner and I continue to experience speedy and quality service. Despite the stigma that unfortunately surrounds many dealerships, this one manages to never disappoint me. Thanks! More
