I gave them my email and received copy of the worksheet of completion on my email site prior to Austin coming to give me the keys in the waiting lounge.. Service was great, service advisor Humberto was horrible Service advisor, Austin and parts manager went above and beyond to track down a part which was preordered and paid for. Service advisor Humberto was horrible as it took him 40 minutes to write up a quote for one hose. And when I had called to find out if the part arrived I was told someone would have to call me back. When Humberto called me back 20 minutes later I was told there was no ETA on hen the part would arrive.I had to lodge a complaint With Mr. Han the owner of the dealership. He listened to my concerns and got Austin and the parts manager involved to locate my part. Within an hour of meeting and sharing my complaint, I received a call back from Austin stating part was located and my appointment the following Monday could be kept. More
