They saved me the hassle of going to Tucson and used all certified Lexus parts. They provided me with a loaner car while mine was being repaired, which is the same level of service I would’ve expected at the dealer. In all, it was a smooth experience. Only thing keeping them from earning my 5 star rating is the fact that they didn’t wash the car when done. This is a detail in service I’ve come to expect, and though minor, still goes a long way. Especially when you've just made a very expensive repair. More
