Had to revisit due to error Took vehicle in for 10K service on Saturday. Monday I noticed that was dropping a lot of oil on driveway and work parking lot. Called Tuesday, and ret Took vehicle in for 10K service on Saturday. Monday I noticed that was dropping a lot of oil on driveway and work parking lot. Called Tuesday, and returned late Tuesday afternoon. Turns out oil filter not tightened. Pros - got me in same day. Wait wasn’t ridiculous, maybe an hour or less. Cons - this seemed like a big, potentially catastrophic error. What’s a new engine for a Tacoma cost? What if I hadn’t noticed? And no on apologized for the time or effort on my part. Not impressed. More

Thank you Austin I brought our Sequoia in, without an appointment, and Austin immediately helped me. My windshield wipers weren’t working and I was leaving the follow I brought our Sequoia in, without an appointment, and Austin immediately helped me. My windshield wipers weren’t working and I was leaving the following morning on a trip. Austin was able to get new wipers installed and we were able to leave knowing that should it rain, we would be safe!
