Going in I said all I wanted was an oil change, oil filter change and tire rotation. Nothing more was needed.When the car was ready I was told that a new engine air filter was installed. It didn't need filter change and tire rotation. Nothing more was needed.When the car was ready I was told that a new engine air filter was installed. It didn't need an engine air filter because I checked it found it to be clean. When I told them there was nothing wrong with the filter that was there, it was taken off the billing statement. This make upset and unhappy with my service experience. More

After the service I checked the new battery instalation. Positive post cover was not put on. Also oil was splattered in the engine compartment and spilt on frame. I brought this to the service advisors attention of the incomplete and sloppy job performed on my 2013 tacoma. They took care of the issue and cleaned up the mess. Because the job was not done right the first time it cost me extra time. I have to wonder how many other customers this has happened to. Kind of lost the trust issue when customer finds a mess under the hood after a cetified Toyota service. More
