I love you guys. I have never seen a dealership be so willing to work with us. Our daughter was having a meltdown about us buying a manual transmission. We called back a couple hours later and asked about canceling g this deal and getting something else they had. Gods timing was perfect. They had not finished submitting the paper work and we were able to get her a different car. We never felt like we were a problem for them. Lynn was absolutely awesome about helping us and referring to our daughter as precious cargo. This was her first and 2nd car all in 24 hours. I had to bring the Highlander back the next day since your technician did not top off the fluids, leaving the coolant reservoir dry, the hybrid coolant low and windshield reservoir below half. Also, I checked my tire pressures and all were different, LF-39.3, LR-34.6, RF38.5, RR38.1, tells me you didn't check them! Makes me wish I would have marked my tires since a rotation was included in the oil change. I'm almost afraid to check the lug nut torque, but I'm going to. Curious that you don't place an oil change sticker on the inside of the windshield. I asked to see a acquisition person to give me a price for this Highlander, my advisor sent over a black lady, she took pictures and my contact info and said she would text me a price for the car. Never heard from her. You guys pretty much failed on every aspect concerning this car. I was considering getting it detailed by you but I read on Yelp that your detailing service has a quality issue. I wouldn't be surprised judging by my experience. You can't get away with doing substandard work in a small town like this, it will get out on social media, which I'm considering doing.
